Return & Refund Policy

At VALOIR, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.

30-Day Return Window

We accept eligible returns requested within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

Returns are accepted for both:

Change of mind or buyer's remorse
Incorrect items
Damaged items
Defective items

To qualify for a return, the item must be in substantially the same condition in which it was received, unworn or unused, and returned with its original packaging when applicable.

Proof of purchase or the order number may be required.

Full name

Item you wish to return
Reason for the return

If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please include photographs when possible so we can resolve the issue efficiently.

Returns are handled by mail.

Please do not send an item back before receiving return instructions from VALOIR. Once your return is approved, we will provide the appropriate return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns caused by a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other buyer-related reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the product arrived damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, VALOIR will be responsible for the applicable return shipping costs.

VALOIR does not charge a restocking fee.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after the return is approved.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account, typically up to 10 business days.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by VALOIR.

Exchanges

Eligible items may be exchanged within the same 30-day return period, subject to product availability.

If the replacement item is unavailable, we may issue a refund instead.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

Gift cards, if offered
Items specifically identified as Final Sale before purchase
Items showing substantial wear, misuse, alteration, or damage occurring after delivery

This does not limit any rights available to customers under applicable law.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

We will attempt to cancel orders that have not yet entered processing or fulfillment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it may no longer be canceled and our standard return procedure will apply.
